VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

AS A VOLUNTEER I AGREE TO:
|
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients at all times.
- Treat clients with the respect and dignity they deserve.
- Comply with the Loave and Fishes Policies and Procedures.
- Contact Loaves and Fishes if I am unable to volunteer on a specific day.
- Sign in and out at the front desk and log the volunteer hours.
- Use the front door when entering and leaving the building.
- escort clients to and from the shelter bathrooms.
- Keep clients out of the food bank and soring areas of the warehouse.

AS A VOLUNTEER I AGREE NOT TO:
|
- Transport clients.
- Take food boxes to clients.
- Give clients money.
- Put a "hold" on items or set aside items.
- Bring home anything on the days I volunteer (this includes food items and anything in the shopping area).
- Bring any children in the warehouse or office area (not covered by our insurance).
- Sort and take items that have not been made available to our clients.
- Volunteer to "benefit" or to receive "special" privileges from Loaves and Fishes.
