LOAVES AND FISHES MINISTRIES could not function without the help of our volunteers and they run 80% of our daily operations. It is our sincere desire to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Your dedication and desire to make a difference in our community is what makes this ministry a success. Your desire to volunteer will definitely make a difference in someone's life and our community. Your willingness to help and reach out to those in need has brought you here to Loaves and Fishes Ministries.
You need only give a few hours a week to help administer our programs, and there are many areas in which you can serve at Loaves and Fishes. We understand that God has given us all special gifts and we want you to volunteer where you feel you can do the most good.
Here are a few ways you might consider volunteering:
- Food Bank
- Warehouse
- Cooking Meals
- Shelter House Parent
- Maintenance
- Pick up Food or Goods
- Light Office Work
- General Household Duties
- Holiday Season Service
- Food Baskets

We want your experience here to be a positive one and for you to feel good about the important job you do. We know that your time is precious and we do not want to waste it. It helps us to plan better how to use your time if we know in advance who will be here, although some volunteers cannot make this type of commitment and that is all right too!
